Return & Refund Policy (EU)
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

You then have 14 days to return the goods.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging
- Products must be returned in a resellable condition
- Proof of purchase is required
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery (e.g. opened vape cartridges, used vapes, or unsealed CBD flower products)
- Vapes and cartridges that have been used or opened
- CBD flowers that are no longer in their original sealed packaging
- Perishable goods
- Customized or personalized products
4. Refunds
If your return is approved:
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receiving the returned goods
- Refunds will be made using the original payment method
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they are shipped.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photographic evidence
If confirmed, we will:
- Replace the product, or
- Issue a refund, at our discretion
We will cover any additional shipping costs in such cases.
7. Returns Process
