We ship from the nearest available logistics center to ensure fast delivery across Europe.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.

7. Legal Compliance (Hemp Products)
All products are shipped in compliance with applicable EU hemp regulations.
- Products contain less than the legally permitted THC limits
- Certificates of Analysis (COA) may be available upon request

If a package is marked as delivered but not received:

9. Failed Deliveries

10. Liability
Once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control.
